Emma Kay - Director/Instructor

Emma is the founder of Elara Pilates Suffolk Ltd and ignited this studio after personally discovering the tremendous benefits of reformer Pilates.  This passion has led her to lead classes with a client-centred approach, ensuring each individual can reach their own individual goals and achieve the same phenomenal health improvements.

Sam Jepson - Director/Instructor

Sam is a chiropractor who has decided to apply his knowledge to reformer Pilates. His aim is to optimise spinal health & posture in order to prevent, as well as manage and improve back pain. His science based approach and clinical expertise will engage key muscles in spinal health and undo the habits and postures adopted through daily routines. 

Debs

Debs received her inspiration for Pilates through the physiology of movement, breathwork and the connection to our environment. Debs applies thorough anatomical knowledge as well as an empowering, confident and joyful approach to help optimise your movement and function. If Debs is not teaching, she is most likely surfing and making the most of nature!

Esra - Instructor

Esra specialises in reformer and mat-based training, with over 20 years in the fitness industry. She combines a broad movement background with a focused, controlled approach to help improve strength, posture, and mobility. Working with clients of all levels, she emphasises core stability, alignment, and mindful movement. Esra is passionate about helping people feel stronger, more confident, and connected to their bodies.

Hollie provides a blend of classical Pilates foundations with modern reformer movements to create sessions that feel dynamic, challenging, and fun. Hollie is passionate about helping you move with intention, confidence and feel stronger with every class. Seeing people grow, & thigh truly thrive in their bodies is what drives her to pursue her teaching.
